The blooms arrive mid-spring into summer. I guess early summer, because mine stopped blooming a few weeks go. The neighbor behind me has gardenias and she said the same thing. She also said they don't bloom that often. But when they do - Wow!
They like full sun to light shade and moist, rich, well-drained soil. Hmm, in the small section of the front garden, it does get some sun, but not full sun. Still looks healthy though, so maybe it will stick around :) I sure hope so!
